Step One: Initial Conversation
We would like to start a conversation with you, whether you have anything in mind or not yet. By understanding your story, intention, budget, we then handpick a range of diamonds or gems and propose to you.

Step Two: Picking the Right Stone
We will move on to a face to face or virtual appointment to look at the selected stones. Not only we walk you through the basics of diamonds and gems, we offer in depth experience that you find exclusively in Goldie! 
You will be able to inspect stones through a professional loupe, use a colour paper to compare the hue and check the laser inscription on a stone.

Step Three: Designing the Right Ring
After picking the right stone for you, let’s dive into the ring design. We know that you might not have a design in mind, and that’s okay! By understanding your significant half’s background, lifestyle and fashion, we will narrow down the choices for you or create a one-of-a-kind ring setting!

Step Four: Ready for Delivery
Et voilà! Your ring is ready to go. With our local clients, you can choose to pick up at our office, in person delivery or courier delivery. With our overseas clients, we offer insured courier delivery!
