All pieces are made to order; hence, each ring will have a different lead time. From the day you decided on the diamond, a simple solitaire setting will take 10-14 working days. For a more complex setting that usually involves side stones, it will take 14-30 working days.

Yes, we do. Your jewellery will be sent and insured by FedEx or Brinks. You will receive the shipping cost information by email after confirming a product.

Right now, we only accept old fine jewellery from Hong Kong based clients. Only genuine diamonds, gemstones and 18-karat solid gold can be reused in our jewellery. We can adapt in both Capsule Collection and Engagement Jewellery. Please email, text or call us for details.
Yes, we repair, repolish and resize jewellery. We offer one time free repolish and resize for our jewellery within 3 years. For non-Goldie pieces, please email, text or call us for details.
